Biometric Landmark Vectors
We never store raw employee photographs in our databases. Staff Scan processes facial images on the client side using TensorFlow to extract key landmark nodes into mathematical coordinates. Only these 128-bit vector hashes are transmitted and saved.
Dynamic Expiration URLs
Any temporary profile images uploaded to cloud storage are isolated inside private Google Cloud Storage buckets. Image access paths resolved within the admin dashboard are digitally signed and auto-expire within one hour.
AES-256 Database Encryption
All client records and attendance databases are encrypted at rest using military-grade AES-256 bit encryption algorithms. All data in transit is protected using SSL/TLS communication protocols.
Google Cloud (GCP) Hosting Infrastructure
Our API backends, databases, and server containers are hosted in Google Cloud Platform's Mumbai (Asia-South1) data center, ensuring 99.9% network availability and minimal latency.
