1. Information We Collect

To provide our cloud attendance services, we process the following employee details:

• Employee Identity: Name, Employee ID, email, department, and branch designations.
• Biometric Data: We never save raw photos on our servers; only encrypted 128-bit mathematical vector landmarks are stored.
• Attendance Logs: Accurate date and timestamp of check-ins, terminal details, and locations.

2. How We Use Information

The processed data is strictly used for the following operational workflows:

• Verifying employee identity during kiosk check-ins.
• Generating working hours, absences, late penalties, and payroll records.
• Sending daily digest reports and kiosk heartbeat status logs to administrators.
• Adhering to regulatory audits and standard labor rules.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

We do not sell, lease, or share biometric logs or employee credentials with third-party networks or advertisers. Data in transit is secured via TLS connections and is only accessible by authorized account admins.

4. Retention & Erasure

Biometric maps are instantly deleted when an administrator removes a profile from the dashboard. Upon workspace subscription termination, account records are retained for a maximum of 90 days before permanent server erasure.
